The Analytics Stage allows you to take a full look at the idea or concept that you want to implement. Based on the results of the work, you may have the following materials in your hands: a technical task with detailed and well-developed functions, a well-developed UX project and sketches of screens. This stage will allow you to more accurately understand and evaluate the timing and cost of the project. In the case of working with agile methodologies, this stage is often neglected, focusing on short periods of time during which the team must analyze, design, develop, test and implement certain functionality.
