When a developed product is in service, additional measures are periodically required to maintain its morale. This can be either a bug fix or an update to add new features. Also, sometimes users ask certain questions and they need to be answered. This is what technical support is required for the product. We work with different ranges of working hours, as well as with the SLA level required by the Customer (service level agreement).
